摘要 目的:观察托拉塞米治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取30例充血性心力衰竭患者,将其随机分为托拉塞米组与呋塞米组,在心力衰竭常规治疗方法一致的情况下,分别予托拉塞米与呋塞米20mg静推,治疗7d,记录两组患者治疗前后血压、血钾浓度、BNP值及EF值。结果:两组患者血压均有下降,但组间差异无统计学意义;托拉塞米组低血钾发生率更低,BNP下降且心功能改善更明显。结论:托拉塞米可一定程度改善心功能,低血钾及血压变化等不良反应较轻。 Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of torasemide used to cure congestive heart failure.Methods: Thirty HF patients were randomly divided into two groups,the torasemide group and the furosemide group.In the case of the same conventional treatment of HF,all the patients were given torasemide or furosemide 20 mg intravenous injection for 7 days.Recorded the blood pressure,serum potassium,BNP and EF.Results: Both groups had decreased blood pressure,however,no significant difference between groups.Torasemide group had a lower incidence of hypokalemia and more significant improvement of cardiac function.Conclusion: Torasemide can improve the cardiac function and have a lower incidence of hypokalemia.
