国产与进口奥美拉唑疗效对比及药理作用分析

Efficacy and pharmacological effects compared and analyzed of domestic and imported Omeprazole

目的:分析奥美拉唑的药理作用,比较国产与进口奥美拉唑的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析相关文献,总结奥美拉唑的药理特性,并采取临床对照研究,选择2009年8月～2010年8月本院消化内科收治的消化性溃疡患者124例作为观察组,对照组124例为本院同期采用进口奥美拉唑治疗的消化性溃疡患者,其中观察组采用国产奥美拉唑治疗,对照组采用进口奥奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗效果两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗成本低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:国产奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效与进口奥美拉唑相比基本相当。

Objective： To analysis the pharmacological effects of omeprazole,compare homebred and imported clinical curative effect.Methods： Reviewed related literatures,summariedy its medical properties.Slected 124 cases peptic ulcer patients in Augst 2009 to Augst 2010 in hospital as observation group and 124 cases as control group,who were given homebred and imported omeprazole respectly,took controlled clinical research,compared the clinical curative effect.Results： Therapeutic effect of two groups had no statistically significant difference （P0.05）;The observation group therapy cost was less than control group,which had statistically significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion： Homebred omeprazole treatment of peptic ulcer clinical has basic quite curative effect with the import omeprazole.
