试论国家赔偿法的修改与构建和谐社会

Revision of the State Compensation Law and the Construction of a Harmonious Society

我国《国家赔偿法》自实施以来,由于时代的变迁以及其自身设计不够完善等因素,使得这部法律越来越不符合构建社会主义和谐社会的要求;十一届全国人大常委会第十四次会议对《国家赔偿法》进行了审议修订。本文就如何修改《国家赔偿法》,让这部法律更好地维护人们的合法权益,以契合构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,进行了一些粗略的思考。

China＇s ＂National Compensation Act＂ Since implementation,as changing times and its own design is not perfect and other factors make the law more and do not meet the requirements of building a socialist harmonious society;first the 14th NPC Standing Committee meeting on the ＂State Compensation Law＂ was considered amendments.This article on how to modify the ＂State Compensation Law,＂so the law to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people in order to fit the requirements of building a socialist harmonious society,carried out some rough thinking.
