改良克罗米芬兴奋试验的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:判断卵巢储备功能,指导COH(控制性刺激方案)的选择。方法:在卵巢COH前,常规进行改良克罗来芬(CC)兴奋试验,从月经10天起B起监测卵泡。结果:CC兴奋试验有反应36例,无反应的18例,共进行86个促排卵周期妊娠14例。CC有反应组妊娠6例,妊娠率16.67%,18树无反应者,无妊娠病例。对妊娠失败的预测率达100%。结论:改良CC兴奋试验可预测卵巢储备能力较基础FSH有更高的筛选价值,并指导COH选择,可提高不孕症妇女的妊娠率。
