目前,大部分大型民营企业的资本配比基本实现主业、房地产、金融证券投资三分天下,而且后两者比例越来越高。实业是经济的基础,当实业家都被"逼"成了投资家,我们不禁要问,谁来拯救实业之心。
We may still remember the well-known financial writer Wu Xiaobo's judgment of 'the enthusiasm for industry is cooling down'.Now it seems to be echoed in a survey which shows that most large privately-owned enterprises allocate the capital into three areas:main business,real estate industry and securities investment,with the latter two climbing up in proportion.Among the 'top 100 enterprises in Wenzhou in 2010' as released recently,besides 2 real estate companies and 6 construction companies,over 40 manufacturing enterprises extend their business to real estate development,including Kangnai,Aokang and Baoxiniao.Trillions of private capital is running unrest and stirring up troubles in the market.China has to develop the industry if she wants to play more important part in the world,as the industry is the foundation of economy.When the industrialists are forced to be speculators,and when the enthusiasm for industry development cools down,how can sustainable development and industry structural adjustment be achieved?
