A Study on the Inspiration of Euro Zone's Sovereign Debt Crisis for East Asian Monetary Cooperation

后危机时代,为了推动国际货币体系的改革,东亚货币合作成为世界各国关注的焦点。借鉴欧元主权债务危机及其产生的原因,东亚货币合作应进一步扩大共同基金规模,稳步推动地区金融与货币合作,并在区域内建立经济与金融状况监管体系与救助退出机制,有效防范各国金融与财政风险;加强政治对话与经济合作,在市场选择的基础上稳步推进区域货币合作发展;同时,推动国际信用评级体系改革,妥善应对信用危机。

In post-crisis era, East Asian, monetary cooperation has been the .key of attention over the world as most countries promote the reform of intertmtional： monetary system. The Euro Zone＇s debt crisis has been important issue of research in world economy in 2010 year. Many scholars have made a systematic research on the origin and effect of the Eoro Zone＇s debt crisis. However,. the literatures available lack systematic analysis on： die lessons from the Euro Zones debt crisis for East Asian monetary cooperation, Based on previous studies , this article eondhets a detailed analysis on the causes of Euro Zone＇s debt crisis, then draws some conclusions through analysis as follows：, First, make further efforts to enlarge the scale of mutual timds to promote the financial＇ and monetary cooperation in East Asia; Second ,. build a financial supervisory system and withdrawal mechanism in this region to. effectively guard against financial and fiscal risk of each country ;： Third,. strengthen political dialogue and economic cooperation and boost regional monetary cooperation gradually on the basis of market option; Fourth, promole the reformation of international credit rating system and properly address credit crisis.
