FISH检测宫颈脱落细胞中hTERC基因的意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨在宫颈脱落细胞中检测不同级别宫颈病变人端粒酶基因(hTERC)的扩增情况及其临床意义。方法用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)检测22例正常宫颈脱落细胞、38例低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)、43例高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)及36例宫颈鳞状细胞癌脱落细胞中hTERC的表达情况。结果 hTERC基因在正常宫颈脱落细胞、LSIL、HSIL及宫颈癌中的阳性表达率分别为4.55%、23.68%、86.05%和91.67%。各组hTERC基因阳性率与正常对照组相比均差异显著(P<0.05);高度鳞状上皮内病变及宫颈癌组与低度鳞状上皮内病变组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论 hTERC基因高表达在宫颈癌发生、发展中可能起重要作用,经细胞学检测hTERC基因有望作为宫颈癌筛查及宫颈病变预后预测的辅助指标。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of hTERC gene in cervical lesions.Methods The expression of hTERC gene in 22 normal controls,38 cases of low grade intraepithelial lesion(LSIL),43 high grade intraepithelial lesion(HSIL) and 36 cervical squamous carcinoma were detected by the fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH).Results Positive expression rates of hTERC gene in normal control,LSIL,HSIL and cervical squamous cell carcinoma were 6.7%,23.68%,86.05% and 91.67%,respectively.Compared with control group,the positive expression rates of hTERC gene in cervical cancer was significantly different(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Over expression of hTERC gene may play an important role in cervical carcinogenesis,detection of hTERC gene in cytological material may serve as an adjunct method for cervical cancer screening and monitoring the progression of cervical lesion.
