摘要
目的: 观察糖尿病患者血栓形成前期血浆内皮素1 (ET1) 、血小板α- 颗粒膜蛋白(GMP140) 、组织纤溶酶原激活物(tPA) 及其抑制物(PAI1) 的变化。方法: 分别采用放射免疫法和发色底物显色法, 检测了20 例正常人和40 例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者(22 例无微血管病变、18 例有微血管病变) 的ET1 、GMP140 、tPA 及PAI1 的变化。结果: 糖尿病患者的ET1 、GMP140 、PAI1 显著高于正常对照组, tPA 则明显下降, 伴微血管病变者比无微血管病变者变化更明显, 且ET1 与GMP140 、PAI1 呈显著正相关, 而与tPA 呈显著负相关。
Objective:To observe changes of the plasma endothelin 1(ET 1),platelet α granule membrane protein(GMP 140 ),tissue type plasminogen activator(tPA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI 1)in diabetics.Methods:ET 1,GMP 140 ,tPA and PAI 1 were measured by using radioimmunoassy and developing substrate method respectively in 40 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus(18 patients with microangiopathy,22 without microangiopathy) and in the 20 controls.Results:ET 1,GMP 140 and PAI 1 were significantly higher in the diabetic patients than those in the controls,whereas tPA was obviously lower.The changes of the above indexes were more apparent in patients with microangiopathy than those without.There was significantly positive correlation between plasma ET 1 and GMP 140 ,PAI 1,whereas there was obviously negative correlation between ET 1 and tPA.Conclusion:The measurement of the above some indexes related to prethrombotic phase has an important value in the early diagnosis and analysis of diabetic microangiopathy.
