摘要
目的研究选择性亚低温对脑外伤大鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法自由落体打击法建立脑外伤大鼠模型,随机分组:亚低温组、常温组。亚低温组打击后将大鼠头颈部温度控制在32℃~34℃,肛门温度在36℃左右。常温组打击后置于28℃室温环境下。打击后24h、72h等2个时间点取静脉血,检测标本的红细胞免疫功能(CR1、RC3bRR、RICR)。结果 72h亚低温组CR1及RC3bRR明显高于常温组(P<0.05)、RICR低于常温组(P<0.05);亚低温组24h和72h差值与常温组24h和72h差值比较,CR1及RC3bRR升高程度和RICR下降程度均有显著差异(P<0.05)。亚低温组CR1及RC3bRR72h时检测值与24h时检测值相比明显升高(P<0.05)、RICR则明显降低(P<0.05)。结论选择性亚低温治疗后脑外伤大鼠红细胞免疫功能明显提高,且治疗时间的延长红细胞免疫功能水平逐渐增强。
Objective To explore the changes of Erythrocyte Immunity Function(EIF)in rats of Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI) with mild hypothennia treatment.Methods To set up a rat model with TBI.The rats were divided into group of hypothennia and group of normal temperature.The temperature of group of hypothennia was controlled to 32~ 34℃,the temperature of anus was controlled to 36℃.The group of normal temperature were stayed in room of 28℃.0n 24h and 72h,to extract venous blood of rats to measure the EIF(CR1、RC3bRR、RICR).Results Compared with the group of normal temperature,CR1 and RC3bRR of the group of hypothennia ascended significantly,RICR of the group of hypothennia descended significantly(P0.05).in the group of hypothennia and the group of normal temperature、the level of CR1、RC3bRR and RICR on 24h were significantly difffent with the level on 72h(P0.05).The changements of CR1、RC3bRR and RICR from 24h to 72h were significant(P0.05).Conclusion The level of EIF were significantly increased in rats of TBI with selective hypothennia treatment,moreover the ascendment of EIF wwas related with extension of time of selective hypothennia treatment.
