摘要
研究了切削热对超临界材料KT5331AS0钢表面成分的影响。结果表明:在切削加工过程中产生的切削热,引起钢中合金元素含量不同程度的变化,其中,W、B、Al、Cr变化较为明显,其他元素含量变化较小。当切削速度、切削深度、每齿进给量较小时,W、B的质量分数损失较大,随着切削深度和每齿进给量的增加,W、B含量损失逐渐减小;切削速度较低时,Al含量的烧损较多,每齿进给量的增加对Al含量的烧损影响不大;切削速度较低时,Cr含量减少较多;每齿进给量增加,Cr含量减少的趋势增大。
The effect of cutting heat on surface composition of supercritical KT5331AS0 was studied during the cutting processing.The results show that the composition of alloying elements has different changes because of producing cutting heat during the cutting processing,such as W,B,Al and Cr vary more obviously compared with the other ones.The composition of W and B lose more with the decrease of cutting speed,cutting depth and feed per-tooth.The composition of W and B lose less with the increase of cutting depth and feed per-tooth.The fire waste of Al is more under lower cutting speed,while the increase of feed per-tooth has little effect on the fire waste of Al.The content of Cr reduces more with lower cutting speed,while the content of Cr tends to reduce more with the increase of feed per-tooth.
