摘要
采用Si、Mn预脱氧,Ti、Al复合终脱氧的脱氧制度,控制中碳钢凝固过程中非金属夹杂物的形态、组成、尺寸和类型,并研究了非金属夹杂物对晶内针状铁素体形成的影响。研究表明:加入Ti、Al后,钢中的夹杂物类型有很大改变,绝大多数为含Ti的氧化物夹杂。Ti、Al、O、S、Mn的复合夹杂和Ti2O3夹杂具有很好地促进晶内针状铁素体形核的能力。
Silicon and manganese,titanium and aluminium were used as preliminary and final deoxidation processing,respectively.The morphology,chemical composition,size and type of nonmetallic inclusions were controlled by these additional elements.The effects of nonmetallic inclusions on intragranular acicular ferrite was also investigated.The results show that the type of inclusions has changed significantly.Most inclusions are oxided with Ti-rich.Ti,Al,O,S,Mn compound inclusion and Ti2O3 could promote the formation of intragranular acicular ferrite.
