摘要
采用最大气泡压力法测量表面张力,研究了温度和混合稀土(RE)加入量对ZM5表面张力的影响。结果表明:由于稀土的表面活性作用,在相同温度下,混合稀土加入量增加,ZM5镁合金熔体的表面张力减小,且减小趋势趋于平缓;同种成分熔体的表面张力随温度升高而降低,高温段的扩散作用增强,造成高温段的表面张力温度系数(-dσ/dt)小于低温段;混合稀土加入量对合金表面张力温度系数也有影响,随着混合稀土加入量的增加ZM5的表面张力温度系数减小。
The surface tension of molten ZM5 alloy with different concentration of RE was measured by the maximum bubble pressure method(MBPM).The results show that at the same temperature the surface tension decreases with the increase of RE,and reducing rate also decreases.With the increase of temperature,the surface tension of molten ZM5 decreases.With the increase of diffusion at high temperature,the temperature coefficient(-dσ/dt) at high temperature varies less than that at low temperature.The concentration of RE also has an effect on the temperature coefficient of surface tension of ZM5 alloy.Temperature coefficient of the surface tension of ZM5 alloy decreases with the increase of RE addition.
