摘要
从陶瓷衬层致密度、裂纹、韧性、表面粗糙度和界面结合强度以及复合管耐蚀性能等方面,分析了离心自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合钢管存在的问题,并针对以上问题提出了改善复合管整体性能的相关措施。
The problems of ceramic layer prepared by centrifugal SHS in densification degree,cracks,toughness,roughness,bonding strength and corrosion resistance were discussed.The related ways of improving properties of SHS ceramic-lined composite pipe were put forward.
