摘要
采用喷射电镀在45钢表面制备了纳米晶镍镀层,并对其进行了激光重熔处理。分析了纳米晶镀层和激光重熔层的微观组织,测试了重熔层的显微硬度及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:喷射电镀制备的镀层组织属于纳米晶范畴,激光重熔层与基体为冶金结合,内部组织由大量的枝晶和等轴晶构成;重熔层的硬度和耐腐蚀性明显提高。
Nano-crystalline nickel coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel using jet-electroplating technology,then the coating was processed by laser remelting.The microstructure,microhardness and corrosion resistance of the laser remelting coating were analyzed and measured.The results show that the grain size of the nickel deposition is below 100 nm,the formed coating is metallurgically bonded with substrate;the interior structure consists of lots of dendritic and isometeric crystal.After laser remelting,the hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating increase obviously.
