摘要
针对目前国内瓦楞辊原料的成本比较昂贵的现状,对45钢堆焊和热处理后的硬度、显微组织及磨损量进行分析。结果表明,45钢可以成为瓦楞辊原料。
Aimed at the present state that the cost of raw materials of corrugated roller is expensive,the hardness,microstructure and wearing capacity of 45 steel after surfacing welding and heat treatment were analyzed.The results show that 45 steel can be used for raw material of corrugated roller.
