摘要
采取宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相分析等手段对20CrMnTi齿轮轴断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,热处理后基体强度偏低和相对于承载能力而言工作应力较大是导致齿轮轴发生快速脆性断裂的主要原因。
The fracture reason of 20CrMnTi gear shaft was analyzed using macro-morphology analysis,chemical analysis and microstructure analysis.The results show that the lower matrix strength of shaft after heat treatment and the larger work stress is the main reason for rapid brittle fracture.
