摘要
分析了螺旋伞齿轮在渗碳淬火过程中的变形规律,并通过改进装炉方式、设计专用工装、多个螺钉对称紧固和渗碳后直接淬火等控制措施,有效地减小了螺旋伞齿轮在渗碳淬火过程中的变形。
The deformation law of spiral bevel gear during carburizing and quenching was analyzed.The deformation of spiral bevel gear during carburizing and quenching is effectively reduced by improving the charging method,designing special tools and symmetric multiple screw fastening,direct quenching after carburizing with control measures.
