几种中草药及人发中钙含量的测定

DTERMINATION OF CALCIUM CONTENTS IN CHINESE TRADITIONAL HERBAL DRUGS AND HUMAN HAIRS

钙是植物及人体中的量元素,我们采用容量分析法,以EDTA作为标准溶液,Na_2S作为掩蔽剂,钙指示剂(NN)作为指示剂,测定了几种中草药及人发中钙的含量。该方法准确度高,操作简单。测定结果表明:本文所涉及的几种中草药中钙的含量有明显的不同,人发中钙含量的个体差异也较大。

Calcicum is a kind of great element in plants and human bodies.Calcium contents in indifferent Chinese traditional herbal drugs anddifferent hairs were determined by titrimetry,with EDTA as standard solution,Na2S as masking agent,and calcon-carboxylic acid (NN) as indicator.Theaccuracy of the method is very high and the opera n is very simple.Theresuhs display that calcium contents in several Chinese traditional herbalare different,and the difference of calcium contents in hairs is clear,too.
