白菜软腐病拮抗菌M-14抗菌物质产生条件研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过室内筛选得到对白菜软腐病有较强拮抗性的菌株M-14,对其抗菌物质产生条件进行了初步研究。结果表明:M-14菌株发酵最佳条件为培养基初始pH值为6.0,接种量为5%,32℃培养42 h。 M-14 strain was selected by screening against Chinese Cabbage Soft Rot and the primary study on the antibacteria producing conditions was done.The results showed that the optimum culture time was 42 hours,the suitable inoculated volume was 5 L seed liquid to 100 L culture medium,the best pH was 6 on the condition of 32℃.
