65例周围型肺腺癌CT主要征像分析

目的:探讨CT对周围性肺腺癌的诊断价值。方法:选择经手术或和活检、病理证实的65例周围型肺癌的CT检查结果。利用CT薄层扫描、病灶局部放大、适当的窗宽技术,重点分析了肺腺癌分叶、毛刺、胸膜凹陷征主要征象的特点。结果:54例肿块有分叶征,62例有毛刺征,26例有胸膜凹陷征。结论:CT对鉴别诊断、提高诊断正确率有重要意义。

Objective To investigate CT diagnosis value in ambient adenocarcinoma.Method Select 65 ambient adenocarcinoma CT examining results proved by the operations or biopsies,pathologies.Using thin layer CT scan,the aim partially zooming in advisable window wide skill,importantly analyzed the lung adenocarcinoma sublobes,burrs,pleural indentation signs.Results 54 lumps with sublobes,62 lumps with burrs,26 lumps with pleural indentation signs.Conclusion It has the important value of the diagnoses distinguishing and the diagnoses advancing by CT.
