摘要 目前我国对电子式互感器的校验尚无统一的标准,传统的电磁式互感器校验仪已不能胜任电子式互感器的校验工作,为了使新型电子式互感器产品顺利进入电力市场以确保电力系统安全可靠地运行,迫切需要研制电子式互感器校验仪。本文设计和实现了一种以DSP和FPGA为硬件平台的电子式互感器校验仪,它具有操作方便,功能多样,体积小,便于携带等优点;比差与相差的计算中采用了加窗插值FFT(快速傅里叶变换)算法,有效地抑制了因电网频率波动而导致的非整周期采样对校验结果的影响,满足了校验仪的精度要求。 Because there is not yet a standard for the error calibration of electronic transducer in electrical power system,and the calibrator for traditional electromagnetic transformer is not qualified to the work of calibrator for the electronic transformer,the product of electronic transducers couldn't be put into use in marketplace smoothly and quickly.There is an urgent demand to develop the error calibrator for electronic transducer and to establish the calibration system.In this paper,the device used for error calibration of electronic transducer is presented.The device is designed and developed based on DSP and FPGA technology so that it has the feature of multifunction,small size,portable and suitable used in the field.The windowed interpolation algorithm is used to compensate the effect of frequency fluctuation of the power system.
