摘要 提出了一种基于FPGA和AD7685的电子式互感器采集系统的设计方案,给出了具体的基于多传感数据融合技术的积分方法,在FPGA中采用Verilog HDL语言编程控制AD7685进行数据采样,并将采样数据加上CRC校验码后按规定的帧格式组帧,最后通过串口按曼彻斯特码发送。由于电子式互感器的采集系统处于高压侧,受到激光电源输出功率的限制,故必须采取低功耗设计。该方案在Quartus II中通过功能仿真,可以满足数据采集、传输的时序性要求。 An FPGA and AD7685 -based method for designing digital data acquisition unit is proposed. With the use of Verilog HDL hardware description language programming, the paper put forward the concrete signal processing circuit and the integrating method based on muhi - sensor data fusion technique. FPGA can control AD7685 to sample. Then sampling data is packaged framing with CRC Check Code. Finally, FPGA outputs the data frame through the serial port. As digital data acquisition unit of electronic transformer is in the high - voltage part, so its power is limited by the laser power, it demands the data system to take low - power design through functional simulation in Quartus II. This method is proved to ensure the reliability of sampling data.
