大学精神是大学发展的灵魂。努力探究和建树具有特色的大学精神,对地方高校乃至整个高等教育事业的发展都将具有十分重要的意义。地方院校大学精神的培育既要着眼于大学教育的一般属性与特征,更要立足于"校本",紧密结合各学校教育教学工作的实践。黑龙江八一农垦大学精神,是八一农大特有的文化内容的集合体,是在八一农大多年办学历史上逐步形成的。

University spirit is the soul of eaeh university. To explore and establish university spirit is therefore tremendously significant for loeal universities and even the whole higher education. Cultivating university spirit of local universities not only sets eyes upon generalities of local universities, but also bases on sehool conditions. Its development ileeds to be coupled with practice of each university. Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University spirit is its own aggregatian of cultural contents, which is formed during the course of a long history.
