改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的深刻变革,给人们的社会环境、生活方式和思想道德观念带来了巨大变化,特别是对尚处在世界观、人生观和价值观形成中的大学生产生了很大的影响。因此,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育是一项重大而紧迫的战略任务,是学校育人工作的中心环节。在大学生思想政治教育整个环节中,高校辅导员队伍建设又是重中之重,只有辅导员队伍符合思想政治教育的特点和要求,才能使高校思想政治教育工作有效开展。

The refrain and opening-up policy and the profound transform from the socialist market economy development have a great influence on people＇s social environment, life styles and moral concepts, especially the college students, who have not formed the outlook on world, the outlook on life arid the outlook on value completely, are influeneed greatly. Therefore, enhancing and improving the ideological and political education for the college students is a significant and urgent mission and is the center of tile college educa- tion. The team construction of counselors in colleges is the most important and the first task in the whole process of eollege students＇ ideological and political education. Only if the counselor＇s are compatible with the characters and requirements of the ideological and politlcal education, can the task of ideological and political education in colleges be developed effectively.
