50m^2的宜居空间——以郑州市廉租房设计竞赛参赛方案为例浅谈廉租房建筑设计启示

Invable Space of 50 m^2:Design Enligntenment of Competition Project Design of Lowrent Housing in Zhenzhou City

该文对廉租房使用对象的特点及其对住房的需求做了认真地调查分析,认为廉租房在满足基本的居住需求之后,还应有一定的居住舒适性。为了提高居住的舒适性,(笔者)从建筑设计的角度提出50m2廉租房的适应性、可变性设计策略和精细化设计策略,以满足不同住户的需求。

The author made a careful investigation and analysis for the features and housing needs of the low-rent families,and thought that the low-rent housing should meet the basic living needs and sh be comfortable for living.From the perspective of the building design,the author proposed design strategies of suitability,variability and elaboration for low-rent housing of fifty square meters in order to meet different needs of different residents and increase its comfortable.
