儿童哮喘变应原检测与防治

Inspection,Prevention and Cure of Allergens in Childhood with Asthma

目的:探讨变应原检测对儿童哮喘诊断及防治的临床意义。方法:采用免疫印迹方法定量检测253例哮喘患儿和249例健康儿童血清变应原特异性IgE及总IgE抗体。结果:哮喘组患儿不同变应原特异性IgE及总IgE抗体的阳性率与健康组儿童对照差异有显著性(P<0.01或<0.05),其中哮喘组患儿以户尘螨粉、尘螨阳性率最高(67.59%)。结论:儿童哮喘变应原以吸入性为主,尘螨是其中最重要的变应原,检测并避免接触变应原是儿童哮喘诊断及防治的重要环节,也是针对相应变应原进行脱敏疗法的客观依据。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical significance of allergens in childhood with asthma.Methods：Immunoblotting was used to inspect specificity IgE allergens and total antibody IgE of blood serum in 253 patients with childhood asthma and 249 health children.Results：Specificity IgE allergens and total antibody IgE of blood serum in the group of patients with childhood asthma was positive comparing to health children.The positive rate of dermatophagoides was the highest level in the group.Conclusion：The major way of allergens is inhalation in childhood with asthma.Acarid is the most important allergens.Avoiding exposure to allergens is not only the key step to prevent and cure of childhood with asthma but also is the measure of desensitization therapy.
