天麦消渴片联合格列本脲治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

Clinical study on therapeutic efficacy of Tianmaixiaoke tablets combined with glibenclamide on type 2 diabetes

目的研究天麦消渴片与格列本脲联合应用对2型糖尿病的降糖作用、临床疗效及毒副作用。方法将92例2型糖尿病患者随机分成3组,A组给予格列本脲,B组给予天麦消渴片,C组给予格列本脲和天麦消渴片,治疗后测定患者空腹血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及餐后2 h血糖,评价治疗效果。结果 3组空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖均明显下降,C组总有效率明显高于A、B组(P均<0.05)。A组血脂无显著变化,B组和C组血脂均有明显改善。C组未发现明显毒副作用。结论天麦消渴片与格列本脲联合应用治疗2型糖尿病具有良好的协同作用,无明显的毒副作用,且对于防治2型糖尿病并发症具有良好作用。

Objective It is to study the hypoglycemic effects,curative effects and side effects of Tianmaixiaoke tablets combined with glibenclamide on type 2 diabetes.Methods 92 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was given glibenclamide.Group B was given Tianmaixiaoke tablets.Group C was given Tianmaixiaoke tablets combined with Glibenclamide.The indexes of fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,insulin,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1C）,triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TCH）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and 2 hours post prandial blood glucose（PBG） in the three groups were determind.The curative effects of the three groups were evaluated.Results The FPG and PBG in the three groups were all obviously lowered.The total effective rate of group C was obviously higher than that of group A and group B（both P0.05）.The blood lipids in group A had no significant changes.The blood lipids in group B and group C both improved obviously.No obvious side effects were observed in group C.Conclusion Tianmaixiaoke tablets combined with Glibenclamide has satisfactory synergistic effect on type 2 diabetes,has satisfactory effect on complication of type 2 diabetes and no obvious side effects.
