冠心病患者健康行为干预实验研究

Experimental Study of Health Behavior Interventions in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的通过对冠心病患者的健康行为进行干预,探索建立正确可行的健康行为,从而减少冠心病的发病率,改善和促进冠心病患者的健康状况,提高其生活质量。方法 将200例患者随机分为干预组100例和对照组100例,两组均采用常规对症治疗和基础健康教育,而干预组额外给予专门的针对健康行为的健康教育,比较干预后两组得分情况。结果通过健康行为干预,在健康责任、营养、自我实现、人际关系、压力应对、运动和锻炼方面干预组和对照组差异有统计学意义。结论与基础健康教育相比,专门的针对健康行为的健康教育能够有效改善患者的健康行为,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To conduct the health behavior interventions among the patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）,to explore the establishment of proper health behaviors,so as to reduce the incidence rate of CHD,improve and promote the health status and the quality of life of the patients. Methods Totally 200 CHD patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group（each n=100）.The patients of the two groups were received conventional symptomatic treatment and basic health education.Extra special health education about health behaviors was conducted among the patients in intervention group.After the intervention,the scores of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention,there were statistically differences in health responsibility,nutrition,self-actualization,interpersonal relationship,stress response,and aspects of sport and exercise between intervention group and control group. Conclusions Compared with basic health education,special education for health behaviors can significantly improve the health behaviors and the quality of life of the patients.
