摘要
各种代谢相关疾病是严重影响人类健康的重要公共卫生问题。深入探讨这些疾病的分子机制并在此基础上探索有效的防护措施具有重要意义。瘦素在代谢调控中发挥着重要的作用,同时也与肥胖等多种代谢性疾病有关。本文对瘦素参与代谢调控的研究进展作一综述,对其临床应用前景也进行了总结。
