金败酱化学成分的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究金败酱的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到4个化合物,分别为:(反)-β-法尼烯[(E)-β-farnesene,Ⅰ],角鲨烯(squalene,Ⅱ)、nar-dostachin(Ⅲ),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分得。
