摘要
目的研究艾纳香Blumea balsanaferaDC.的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离纯化化合物,利用核磁共振等现代波谱技术解析化合物结构。结果从艾纳香的醋酸乙酯、氯仿部分分离得到7个化合物,鉴定为艾纳香素(blumeatin,1)、花椒油素(xanthoxylin,2)、木犀草素(luteolin,3)、胡萝卜苷(dau-costerol,4)、槲皮素(quercetin,5)、帕得马亭(padmatin,6)、3,5,5′,7-四羟基黄烷酮(3,5,5′,7-tetrahydroxyflavanone,7)。结论除化合物1和5外,其余5个化合物均为第1次从艾纳香中获得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Blumea balsanifera DC.Methods The compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified by silica gel column chromatography,TLC,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were obtained and elucidated as blumeatin(1),xanthoxylin(2),luteolin(3),daucosterol(4),quercetin(5),padmatin(6),3,5,5′,7-tetrahydroxyflavanone(7).Conclusion The compounds 2,3,4,6 and 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
