三叶青藤醇提物的急性毒性及抗炎作用研究

Study on the Acute Toxicity and Anti-inflammatory Effect of the Ethanol Extract of Illigera rhodantha Hance

目的对三叶青藤醇提物的急性毒性及抗炎作用进行研究。方法三叶青藤醇提物以最大浓度及最大给药体积的药液对实验组小鼠灌胃给药,对照组给予等体积的溶媒,连续观察14 d,记录小鼠毒副反应情况。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀法观察三叶青藤醇提物的抗炎作用。结果观察14 d后,给药组与对照组全部动物健存,对照组及给药组小鼠体质量平均增长分别为38.40%,36.29%,无明显差异(P>0.05),未见任何急性毒性反应,小鼠灌胃三叶青藤醇提物的最大耐受量为3 063 mg/kg。三叶青藤醇提物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀有显著的抑制作用。结论三叶青藤醇提物毒性较小并有显著的抗炎作用。

Objective To study the acute toxicity and anti-inflammatory effect of the ethanol extract of Illigera rhodantha Hance.Methods Mice in experimental medicine group were intragastrically administered the ethanol extract of Illigera rhodantha Hance.by the thickest concentration and the largest volume permitted and were administered the equal solvent in control group,the acute toxicity reaction of mice was observed in the successive 14 days.The anti-inflammatory effect of the drug was studied with the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice and the edema of paw induced by carrageenin in rats.Results After 14 days,all mice in the experimental medicine and control groups survived and the increasing rates of weight in the two groups were respectively 38.40% and 36.29%（P0.05）,no acute toxicity was observed in both groups.The maximal tolerant dose（MTD） of the ethanol extract of Illigera rhodantha Hance.by ig in mice was 3063mg/kg.The swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice,the edema of paw induced by carrageenin in rats could be inhibited significantly by the ethanol extract of Illigera rhodantha Hance.Conclusion The ethanol extract of Illigera rhodantha Hance.has little acute toxicity in mice and significant anti-inflammatory effect.
