摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱法建立车前子的化学成分指纹图谱,并进行不同品种、不同产地化学成分指纹图谱分析。为车前子的质量控制及品种鉴定与GAP建设提供依据。方法 Diamonsil C18柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm,迪马),流动相为乙腈-0.5%的乙酸水溶液,流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:270 nm,采用梯度洗脱。结果过对江西道地产区10批车前子化学成分指纹图谱分析,共检出10个分离度良好的共有峰。同时对全国其它不同产地、不同品种14批样品也进行了指纹图谱分析。结论方法简便、快速,可作为车前子药材的质量控制和品种鉴定及GAP建设的可靠依据及研究车前子种质资源的有力手段。 Objective To study the fingerprint of plantain seed from different varienties and habitats by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid aqueous solution in gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results The HPLC fingerprint of 10 batches plantain seed in authentic regions of Jiangxi province was set up and 10 common peaks were obtained.At the same time,14 batches plantain seed from other different habits and varieties were also studied.Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable,feasible in the quality control of plantain seed,and can be used to identify the plantain seed from different habitats and varieties,facilitate the construction of GAP.
