陕西道地药材连翘鲜品蒸煮工艺研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的对连翘鲜品蒸煮工艺进行系统研究,从而更好地指导连翘药材的生产实践。方法采用L9(34)正交实验法对连翘采摘后蒸煮工艺进行研究,制定陕西道地药材连翘鲜品蒸煮工艺,以保证连翘药材质量,满足不断扩大的用途需要。结果建立了陕西道地药材连翘鲜品蒸煮工艺,采用L9(34)正交实验法优选出蒸制鲜连翘的最佳工艺:即蒸气温度为105℃,蒸气压力0.08 MPa,蒸制10 min;优选出煮制连翘的最佳工艺:即煎煮时间8 min,煎煮温度为100℃,加水量为鲜连翘的5倍量。结论中药连翘药材应用广泛,开发前景光明。采用蒸煮法炮制鲜连翘的工艺,可指导连翘药材的规范化生产。 Objective To study the cooking and steaming processes and quality standard of fresh forsythia.Methods The cooking and steaming techniques of picked forsythia were studied by L9(34) orthogonal experiment.At the same time,the cooking and steaming techniques of fresh forsythia of simon-pure drug materials in Shanxi province were drawn up in order to guarantee the quality of forsythia and meet the ever-increasing requirement.Results The cooking and steaming technique of fresh forsythia of simon-pure drug materials in Shanxi province was established.The optimal cooking and steaming technique of forsythia was as steaming temperature 105℃,steaming pressure 0.08 MPa,steaming time 10 min;forsythia was as follows:steaming temperature 100℃,the amount of adding water 5 times,boiling time 8 min.Conclusion The forsythia drug materials are used widely in Chinese medicine and have bright exploitation in the future.The process technique can guide standardization production of forgythia.
