农业企业对外围农业人力资本投资意愿的实证研究——基于63家农业企业微观调研数据

Study on External Human Capital Investment Intention of Agricultural Enterprise:Based on the Investigation of 63 Agricultural Enterprises

基于计划行为理论、技术接受和使用整合理论,运用Ordered Logistic模型,对企业经营特征、投资风险及收益、外围农民个人特征和与企业合作时间以及对合作成本收益期望等影响农业企业对外围人力资本投资意愿核心因素进行了量化研究。研究结论表明:短期内企业投资风险以及企业与外围农民合作的交易成本等因素与农业企业投资意愿负相关,企业投资意愿普遍较低。但从长期来看,农民经营规模的扩大和农业企业经营资本专业程度的提高等会提高农业企业外围农业人力资本投资意愿。

Based on theory of planned behavior model and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology,this paper analyzes the factors of external human capital investment intention of agricultural enterprises and quantified the extent of these factors through ordered Logistic analysis,the core of the investment factors includes the enterprise＇s characteristics,expected return on investment and investment risk,the peripheral farmers′ personal characteristics etc.The results show that the external human capital investment intention of agricultural enterprises will be limited in the short term,so external human capital investment intention of agricultural enterprises is low in China,and the intention will be raised in the long period in the long term.
