陕西省经济—社会—环境系统协调性研究

Analysis on Coordination of Economy-Society-Environment System in Shanxi Province

经济、社会、环境三个子系统构成一个复杂的区域系统,区域系统的协调性与综合水平在不同程度上反映了某地区的发展水平,经济—社会—环境系统协调发展是可持续发展的基本要求。陕西省位于西部前沿,是实施西部大开发战略目标的重要省份。选择区域子系统的组成要素并确定各要素的评价标准,根据集对分析的思想得到各子系统所处的状态,按照空间概念计算区域系统内各市的协调性和综合水平。结果表明:①陕西省大部分区域协调性在中等水平以上;②陕西省各市综合水平值普遍偏低;③陕西省各市综合水平与经济水平(以人均GDP衡量)存在一定的正相关关系。研究结论可为陕西省不同城市采取相应策略促进区域系统协调发展提供一定参考。

Economy,society and environment,the three subsystems constituted a complex regional system.The coordination and comprehensive level of the regional system reflected the development level of a certain region in varying degrees.The coordinated development of the economy-society and environment was the basic requirement with the sustainable development.Shanxi Province was located in the front of western of China.It was the most important province to carry out the development of Chinese western region.First,chose the component of the regional subsystem and determined the evaluation criteria of each factors;Secondly,got the state of each subsystem according to the ideas of Set Pair Analysis（SPA）;Third,calculated the coordination and the comprehensive level of each city inside the regional system in accordance with the spatial concept.The results indicated that：①Most of the regional coordination were above the average in each city of Shanxi Province.②Most of the comprehensive levels were generally low in each city of Shanxi Province.③It existed a positive relation between the comprehensive level and economy（measured by per capita GDP） in each city of Shanxi Province.The research conclusions could provide reference information for promoting the coordinative development by the corresponding strategy in each city of Shaanxi province.
