导管射频消融术对特发性室性早搏不同早搏负荷患者窦性心率震荡的影响

摘要 目的探讨导管射频消融术(RFCA)对特发性室性早搏(PVC)不同早搏负荷患者窦性心率震荡(HRT)的影响。方法根据早搏负荷,将91例特发性PVC患者分为低负荷组32例、中负荷组37例、高负荷组22例,比较各组治疗前后HRT参数震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS)变化。结果三组治疗后TO、TS均明显改善(P均<0.01),以低负荷组改善最大,中负荷组次之,高负荷组最小。结论 RFCA能改善特发性PVC患者的HRT,且随早搏负荷增大其改善程度减弱;HRT改善可作为RFCA治疗特发性PVC的疗效评价指标。 Objective To observe the impact of different load of heart rate turbulence(HRT) in patients with idiopathic premature ventricular contractions(IPVCs) after radiofrequency ablation(RFCA).Methods A totle of 91 patients with IPVCs was divided into three groups by contraction burden: lower group(n=32),moderate group(n=37) and high group(n=22),compared HRT parameters of turbulence onset(TO) and turbulence slope(TS) values change between different groups before and after radiofrequency ablation.Results There were significantly improved of TO and TS of the three groups when compare to preoperative(P0.01),the lower group improved the most,the moderate group improved medium,and the high group improved the minimum.Conclusions RFCA can improve the HRT of patients with IPVCs,with contraction burden increasing,HRT improvement becomes weak,so the improvement of HRT could be a useful maker to assess the clinical effect of patients with IPVCs.
