非发酵菌在下呼吸道感染中的耐药性分析及治疗策略 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析非发酵菌在下呼吸道感染中的耐药情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选择2008~2009年在我院患者痰中检出的非发酵菌1 629株,分析其耐药情况,并与我院2002~2003年的分析结果进行比较,分析其耐药性变化。结果下呼吸道感染患者的痰液中非发酵菌分离率38.2%,前3位非发酵菌依次为铜绿假单胞菌(54.2%)、鲍氏不动杆菌(30.5%)和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(11.2%);与2002~2003年分析结果比较,其细菌分离率及分离株数均明显增加,且细菌耐药率有不同程度变化。结论下呼吸道感染病原菌中非发酵菌增多,耐药性增加,尤其是头孢哌酮—舒巴坦及亚胺培南变化明显;β-内酰胺类抗生素在非发酵菌感染治疗中占重要地位。
