摘要
目前基层人民银行内部监督主体多头,监督力量分散,监督效能不高,没有形成监督合力。本文拟通过分析构建一个衔接、互动的监督框架,建立起严密有序、分工合理、协作互动、运行高效的有机监督整体。
At present,the basic PBC internal supervision has multi subjects with low effectiveness,and has not form the joint effect.This paper tries to construct a cohesive and interactive supervision framework,and build up an orderly,rational,corporative and effective supervision system.
