摘要
为获得早熟优良的自交不亲和系,从而配制早熟杂交甘蓝新组合,采用蕾期人工自交分离提纯和针对早熟性状的定向选择,经过7代自交后,对7个早熟结球甘蓝高代自交系的植物学性状与亲和指数进行测定。结果表明:5N8SH-2、15N10JF-7、6N8NJ-1和13N8SG-4的亲和指数均小于1,为自交不亲和系,其中,15N10JF-7和5N8SH-2最为理想,具有较好的利用价值。
The botany traits and compatible indexes of seven selfed lines of early maturing common head cabbage after seven generations of selfing were determined to obtain fine early maturing self-incompatible line and new hybridized combination of early maturing common head cabbage.The results show that 5N8SH-2,15N10JF-7,6N8NJ-1 and 13N8SG-4 are self-incompatible lines for the compatible indexes of them are all less than 1.15N10JF-7 and 5N8SH-2 are the best self-incompatible lines with better utilization value.
