摘要 为给药用植物的深入研究与利用提供参考,介绍了分子标记技术及其发展概况,并综述了分子标记技术及其分析方法在药用植物种质资源鉴定与遗传多样性评价、亲缘关系及分类、遗传图谱构建、地道性分析、辅助选择育种、种子种苗鉴别和优良品种培育等研究中的意义和应用前景。 To provide reference for further research and utilization of medicinal plants,in this paper the molecular marker technology and its development situation are introduced,and the significance and application prospect of molecular marker technology and its analytical methods in the study of identification of germplasm resources,evaluation of genetic diversity,genetic relationship and classification,construction of genetic map,authentic qualitative analysis,marker-assistant breeding and identification of fine variety,seeds and seedlings of medicinal plants are reviewed.
