猪瘟野毒与疫苗弱毒鉴别方法的研究进展

Research Progress on Differential Methods of Wild-type and Vaccine Virus of Classical Swine Fever

概述了当前鉴别猪瘟强弱毒的几种方法,即免疫学方法(胶体金免疫层析技术、单克隆抗体法和单抗-酶联免疫吸附试验)、核酸检测方法(RT-PCR技术、RT-PCR与其他方法的结合)和动物试验方法。同时提出了鉴别猪瘟强弱毒方法的发展方向。

This paper mainly summarizes differential methods of wild-type and vaccine virus of classical swine fever,which are immunology methods（GICA,McAb and McAb-ELISA）,nucleic acid detection methods（RT-PCR and combination approach of RT-PCR with other methods） and animal test method.And the potential development directions of differential methods of wild-type and vaccine virus of classical swine fever are also proposed in this paper.
