摘要
为确定百宜黑鸡的种质特性,弄清百宜黑鸡与黑化鸡的生长发育规律,了解百宜黑鸡黑羽遗传资源的特点,进行了百宜黑鸡与当地有色地方鸡种的正反交黑羽黑化试验。结果表明:经过3个世代选育后,百宜黑鸡与当地有色地方鸡种交配的F1代黑化鸡具有杂交生长优势;LL组合在第4周生长强度最大;8周时,LL组合骨骼生长慢于LE组合和EL组合。
The reciprocal cross tests between Baiyi black chicken and local colored chicken to study black feather genetic characteristics of Baiyi black chicken and growing development regulation of Baiyi black chicken and blackened chicken.The results showed that F1 blackened chicken from reciprocal cross of Baiyi black chicken with the third generation and local colored chicken was of hybrid growth superiority,F1 growth strength of Baiyi black cock with the third generation×Baiyi black hen with the third generation was the highest at the fourth week and its skeleton growth was slower than combinations of Baiyi black cock with the third generation×local colored hen and local colored cock×Baiyi black hen with the third generation at the eighth week.
