专业实践教学体系的构建对于人才培养方案目标的实现,学生专业综合素质和创新能力的培养至关重要。它不同于课程实践教学和社会实践等单层次的实践,是多维的、系统的、层进式的实践体系。以石河子大学统计学专业"四位一体"专业实践教学体系为例,阐述了其组织架构,协调的组织运行方式和良好的实施效果。同时,反思了该体系实施中的问题,并提出了补充和完善的对策。

Professional practice teaching system is very important for achieving the goal of talents cultivation,training the innovation ability and promoting comprehensive professional quality of college students.The ＂Four-In-One＂ practice teaching system in statistics major includes the practice teaching of professional curriculum,specialized and comprehensive practice teaching,practice in society and graduation practice,which has already received a good practical effect.Recollecting the problems encountered in the process of carrying out this project,enriching and perfecting this system can improve the teaching reform and major construction greatly.At the same time,it can also provide reference and enlightenment for the development of other subjects.
