校企共建实验平台及联合培养研究生

Establishing Platform of Lab and Technology by Enterprise and College Cooperation and Graduate Students Co-culturing

介绍了山东轻工业学院材料科学与工程学科与山东泰山玻璃纤维有限公司联合建立玻璃纤维实验室和复合材料工程技术中心的实践,该实验和技术平台综合了高校的人才、基础研究和大型分析测试设备等方面的优势以及企业的管理和新产品开发优势,形成合力,并以此为平台进行产学研合作以及研究生的联合培养。研究生可以承担企业和高校的大型科研课题,其科研积极性大大提高,并有机会亲自操作这一平台上的大型仪器设备,其动手能力也得到了提高,实现了综合素质和创新能力的全面提高;企业也增加了人才储备,校企实现了真正的产学研合作,达到了互惠共赢的目的。

The glass fiber labortory and composited material engineering technology center of Shandong province were established.There are some advantage of talent,fundamental research and large scientific instrument in the college,as well as the advantage of management and new products development in the enterprise.The scientific research cooperation and graduate students co-culturing were set up on this platform.The graduate students could under take large scientific research tasks in the college or the enterprise.Their synthetic quality and creative ability can be improved qreatly.At the end,the reciprocal goal was obtained.
