摘要
以四丁基氢氧化铵作为相转移催化剂制备了1,4-双(咪唑-1-基)丁烷。通过单因素实验得到了合成该产物的最佳条件:氢氧化钾浓度90%,催化剂用量0.3 mmol,反应温度60℃,反应物摩尔比2.2,反应时间6 h。通过核磁共振波谱、红外光谱对所得产物进行了结构表征。
1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)butane was synthesized with tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide as phase transfer catalyst. By single factor experiments, favorable synthesis conditions of this product were determined. The results show that favorable synthesis conditions are as follow: concentration of potassium hydroxide is 90%,dosage of catalyst is 0.3 mmol, reaction temperature is 60 ℃, molar ratio of reactants is 2.2 and reaction time is 6 h. At last, the product was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectra.
