摘要
通过探索产学合作培养应用型创新人才的途径,提出"校企交融互兼互聘"、"生产任务驱动合作"、"顶岗实习就业一体化"等具有专业特色的产学合作教育模式。实践证明,开展全方位、多层次的产学结合教育,可以实现学校、企业和学生的互利共赢。
A new pattern of industry-university cooperation with specialized characteristics such as school and business blend concurrently employment mutually,production task actuation cooperation and the practical employment integration is proposed.The paractice shows that universities,enterprise and students benefit from the development of omni-directionally,multi-level industry-university cooperation education.
