摘要
透明质酸(HA)及其特异性降解酶——透明质酸酶(HAase),尤其是HYAL-1与多种恶性肿瘤的关系密切而复杂,透明质酸酶在不同肿瘤中的作用尚存在争议。膀胱癌和前列腺癌作为泌尿生殖系统重要的恶性肿瘤,其与HA及HY-AL-1的关系最为密切,相关研究也最多。本文就HA、HYAL-1在这两种肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后方面的最新研究进展作一综述。
Hyaluronic acid（HA） and its specific degrading enzyme hyaluronidase（HAase） has complicated relationship to many malignant tumors.It is still controversial whether HAase（particularly HYAL-1） acts as a tumor promoter or a suppressor.As important malignant tumors in urinary system,a lot of research have been performmed on bladder cancer and proatate cancer and their relations to HA and HYAL-1.Some progresses in the diagnosis,treament and prognosis of this two tumors are reviewed.
