摘要
以科学发展的思想理念,简要分析了"十一五"规划,展望了"十二五",对"十二五"期间实施转型发展的紧迫性和可行性进行了阐述,指出,大力发展循环经济是实现转型发展的成功之举。
Based on outlook of scientific development idea,this article briefly analyzed ＂eleventh five-year＂ plan and look forward to ＂twelve-five＂ plan.Feasibility and urgency of transformation development were described comprehensively in this paper.And pointed out that the circular economy is an effective way for sustainable development.
