摘要
开发了一种通用的航空发动机附件机匣热分析计算软件。软件综合热网络法和有限元法的优势,用Fortran语言开发了基于热网络法的附件机匣内部元件热分析模块,用APDL语言开发了基于有限元软件ANSYS的壳体热分析模块,两个模块之间存在数据交换和迭代联算。软件具有通用性,可以满足各种不同结构的附件机匣热分析计算。通过对某航空发动机附件机匣进行热分析计算,获得了附件机匣的温度场分布、生热量以及滑油出口温度,说明了软件应用于附件机匣热分析计算的可行性。
For the thermal analysis of aeroengine accessory gearbox,a new general analysis software was developed,which processed both the advantage of thermal net work algorithm and finite element algorithm.The thermal analysis of the inner components of aeroengine accessory gearbox adopted thermal network algorithm using Fortran language and the thermal analysis of the chamber adopted ANSYS software using APDL and UIDL language,the data exchange and associated calculation was considered as well.The software was general and could satisfy the thermal analysis of various accessory gearbox.A case study was executed at last,and the temperature field,the heat generation and the temperature of the outlet lubrication was attained.The simulation example verified the feasibility of the presented software.
